      Good atmosphere. Family friendly activities throughout the year. Insurance is ok (you have to pay $150/individual or about $600-700/month for family).

      Calls at home. Pay doesn't always reflect how hard you work. If you don't keep up your quota, you can be put on probation and eventually lose job.
