Ugh. Where to start. Management has no clue what they're doing. It's like on-the-job training for them. The company few too fast and operates like a start up trying to run with the corporate big dogs. Terrible sexual harassment. Terrible favoritism. East coast employees pampered (HQ is there), other regions neglected. Archaic systems utilized, no streamlined processes. Mgmt. always late on performance report and won't backdated raise to anniversary date. Too much to list...
