Teaching materials and curriculum are completely prepared. You just have to use them to make lesson plans. The management was very positive and laid back. It made me like coming to work every day. The pay was the best of any institute in town, and the scheduling was incredibly flexible. You can choose whether or not to take a class, so you choose your own schedule. It was a great experience.
