A good first step as a TESL teacher, you can move on to other EF schools throughout China, Russia and Indonesia once you've completed your contract and no problems with visas or salary being paid.

It is a job and not a vacation with teaching, unfortunately that was how it was sold for a long time. If you're coming into this as a first job it can be a little daunting if you're not used to work.
