      Bad place to work....they are always seeking perfection without excuses.... you can have awesome teaching skills but if the stdents cancelled ther membership due to other unknown reason you get fired.....or if parents do not answer the survey that is a 0 automatically for you.......

      The organization and structure of the company is amazing, and so is the staff and leadership team. Instructions for our classes are super clear and everything is provided for us coaches.

      It can be a little too demanding when it comes to expectations as a coach, especially when it comes to costumer satisfaction being so important for them.
