      You get to work with great students and you learn a lot as an English coach. The salary is great and you get to teach online, which allows you to do home office. Eventually, also, you have growth opportunities within the company.

      While this one is not a disadvantage, metrics are very important within the company, so just make sure that you can work with that.

      The organization and structure of the company is amazing, and so is the staff and leadership team. Instructions for our classes are super clear and everything is provided for us coaches.

      It can be a little too demanding when it comes to expectations as a coach, especially when it comes to costumer satisfaction being so important for them.
