Huge lack of support from staff. Your workflow is yours and yours alone, you will not get help with it even if you are struggling. Management are very quick to point the finger at you to save their own backs. Always. There is a problem with senior level staff forming a clique and not sharing info with lower down staff. They reap the rewards of your hard work. If they decide they don't like you they will make your working life awful until you leave. Staff have been promoted due to how long they have been there and not for their job performance. The morale is bad due to the lack of support and low wages.
