Sometimes you need to look around for work when things get slow

Although the work is great, Enica is truly all about the people. I am constantly surrounded with brilliant people and life-long learners, and everyone is almost concerningly excited to teach something new or lend an ear. Hands-down the best part of working at Enica are the company events where I get the chance to connect with team members who are totally unique and super personable. Nearly every day the work is engaging and impactful, and especially for a small company there are abundant opportunities to improve. There is a very high level of trust and responsibility that everyone in the company shares - from the people up top all the way down to an intern like me.

Of course some days work can be repetitive or monotonous - but that comes with the territory. There are never any times where the effort doesn't feel worth it.
