They will sell something they have no one with expertise in as if they did and then expect that person to take it on. This leads to a high stress environment with a lot of people with imposter syndrome
The culture is not focused on people but just on sales/money. Company meetings for over a year straight was the companies financial status. There was little to no team bonding and managers did not provide support outside of what was directly needed for the job you'd been given
When a rem review was taken and they looked into how much they were paying people compared to other companies almost everyone got >5k raise as they were all paid so low
