Fully remote so hard to connect with fellow interns and engineers.

- Good work/life balance - Remote work allows for flexible schedules - Some positions have unlimited time off - 1-2 in-person team events per year - Week-long internal professional development conference

- Poor management - Unimpactful work (Especially in marketing) - Messy workflows post mergers/acquisitions - Little to no opportunities for growth - Conservative pay compared to other similar organizations (poor annual bonuses; sometimes only 1%) - Limited company holidays (only 7) - A lot of the senior leadership were entitled, rude and awful to work with * Be sure to look up Mitchell International for more reviews as the company transitioned to Enlyte only in the past 4 years
