it is not for everyone

Enso's company culture and overall mission is one of the best I have ever experienced in the industry. They should be the standard for smaller, people driven, organizations.

As an intern it was difficult at first to jump right into the work without any sort of formalized process documentation. This comes with the territory for strategy roles but it took a few weeks to get my bearings. Very minor complaint. Other than that, no complaints, it was a great experience!
