1. Tech Stack is very old . Mostly you will not get a chance to work with any of the latest technologies. It is very hard to crack interviews once you stay in ivy for a long time given that you are giving yourself sometime to stay updated with whatever the tech is going on in the industry. 2. They target certain people of making them come to office even we don't have any work. 3. Some teams just do the support work, supporting issues in the name of software engineer etc. im not saying handling issues should not be there but being completely handling issues will be a problem .the issues will be more of functional incase you are not handling any other project .
