Not very diversified and cutting good people is the norm here when shareholders speak up or the market dips. Constant change and poor senior leadership causes a lot of fear, resentment and competition to avoid getting the axe. Wanting to improve existing lines is almost impossible with the lack of capital funding and constant push back by IT. Pay is fair.

Not much opportunity for advancement if you don’t kiss up or one of those that are willing turn a blind eye to poor decisions. Sr leadership is lacking the core values that used to make this a great company to work at.
