For the readers to vote on....... Board holds management feet to fire, or it is a Good Old boy's network? Management is Tactical or Strategic? Mini BUs / Silos have created efficiencies or created inefficiencies and loss of cohesion? In an election, would you vote to keep majority of directors, VPs, GM, C level executives, or oust them? If you were a hiring manager, would you hire majority of the management on your team? Is the company a collection of mini BU's doing their own thing or is ita genuinely 1 Billion dollar company? Are beenies like stock awards being confined at too hogh a level, do all desserving people get them?
