Bad company and management - Recensione dipendente - Network Field Technician presso Entegro

Management don’t look after their staff don’t care unless your meeting targets which only makes them look good and gets them there big bonus at the end of the month, company van that’s held against you saying that “well atleast you have a van”, bad wages, no progression, they’ll tell you you’ll have a salary review after 6 months then yearly but you don’t get anything they’ll just say finance said no when it’s not down to finance it’s managements decision if you get one or not, plenty of better telecoms companies to work with. Only good to work here to get your first initial experience. Always jobs advertised due to high staff turnover. I wouldn’t recommend!
