Entelo has a fantastic culture with people that are fun to be around. Work/life is fair - too much work to do - but team is quite supportive of outside interests, family life, etc. We are solving a well-documented painpoint within HR (specifically talent acquisition). If you're passionate about People and technology and want to work with some of the fastest growing companies around (as well as established Fortune 500s) this is a GREAT place to be! Completely devoid of the bro/frat culture that some Bay Area start-ups are infamously known for. Great technology. Very cool product(s) that our customers, market, and Entelo employees love. More work than hours in the day. You could work 80+ hour weeks here and still feel behind. No one will stop you if you're working too much. Though good balance is supported, while we continue to take on customers faster than we can grow our team, every week feels like way too much to do in not enough week. (Similar to any other fast growing company). This is not the place to work if you don't deal with ambiguity or quick fires well. We are figuring it out and it's a fun ride if that interests you.
