Accounting at Entera is more collaborative and involves working with operational departments. You have a lot of rein to create your own accounting processes. Leadership and management team is approachable and encourages employees to bring in new ideas. Company provides daily lunch and free drinks. Received cool swag during onboarding.

Since it's a growing company, processes change and new things are happening. It's best to be adaptable and be able to think outside the box.

It's fully remote, but that's it.

Accepted the position as a 1099 contractor that was guaranteed schedule flexibility by more than one team member. As a contractor, you set your own hours and do not adhere to a strict schedule. What a slap in the face it was to find out this 1099 position is disguised as a W2 employee position without the benefits. Set hours (9-6pm) that were never discussed in any interview or paperwork signed. Zero training or orientation for the position. Was thrown right into the fire on day 1 with the "good luck, figure it out" mentality. Very chaotic structure that is overcomplicated for no reason. Do not waste your time here!!
