It’s decent, consistent pay for people straight out of college. They require essentially no experience, just a college degree. It is INCREDIBLY difficult to get fired. I had an employee literally show up drunk more than once and he stayed for another 4 months until *he* quit.

LONG hours, no free time. 55-60 hour work weeks, Mon-Fri + every other Saturday. I worked here for 3 years, I literally just worked and slept. I had no life. When you’re at work, you’re cleaning cars and getting screamed out on a regular basis. Upper management wants you to max out the number of cars on the road and doesn’t limit booking on, so you’ll regularly have people show up with a reservation when you have absolutely no cars. Upper management makes a ton of money and honestly doesn’t care, as long as the customers are happy they’re happy. Working here was literally a fever dream. Before I left, it got to the point where people would scream at me and I would just stare at them because I was so numb from being screamed at all the time. It’s an okay job if you stay temporarily, just don’t let yourself get locked into the “upward mobility” baloney. The goal is area manager, but unless someone high up really likes you, that’s pretty slim in happening.
