Poor bonus structure, back-stabbing, high turnover. Thank God I left before the last big turnover. I lost all faith in the compamy once they let the training manager, a REAL good guy, go. There are favorites who keep their jobs by getting extra accounts and if the decide they don't like you only the supervisor will help you and that's only if they let him. Some of the managers get high in the parking lot.
