Upper Management has this insane ego about themselves thinking they are somehow more worthy than the rest--WRONG! Pay is very average, nothing to boast about, nor complain too heavily. That being said though, the raises are dismal. They do not reflect the actual performance of an employee, which leads one to contemplate why they should even complete that very horribly created performance appraisal. TOP Management receives astronomical bonuses or insane raises (in one particular case a 63% raise. Yes--SIXTY THREE!)
