You will expose many difference technology and vendors. You will involved the whole Pre and post sales processes with the support vendors. You will expose to time management due to heavy load of work

a) Overwork and in fact have to wear few roles for the same project as well as different role in different client. b) You many not have any salary increment at all . c) Senior Management may promise the skies to their staff and may not deliver if involved money. d) Too many vendor in their belts. In a dilemma when the supported vendors went for the same sales opportunity e) Communication on company's direction is weak from senior management to their working staff even though the company small . f) A lot of frustrations on dispute as senior management will listen more to their countrymen then other offices.
