Mostly nice people, nice office & lots of dogs. Not many pros related to the actual work though.

Entire lead team in Tech left within 2 months of each other. Tech stack is severely out of date & can't support building new features. Leadership team doesn't care because they're busy over promising to the customer with the deepest pockets so Tech can spend 12 months building a useless feature. Tech isn't even a second class citizen. It's an after thought. A lot of good people have tried to voice their concerns about this, but nothing changed,
