      Owner and upper management are monsters. Do not care about staff. Extremely ignorant and self centered. Very unorganized as well as micro managed. The more you care about doing your job well and improving, the more the owner and upper management treat you like crap. Wouldn't wish this boss on my worst enemy. A nightmare of a person. Promised a contest over the summer then denied winners. Promised new suits and shoes for Captains. Went for fittings then owner refused to pay. Lies, lies, lies.

      Anyone working in the kitchen knows how chaotic and stressful it can be and the job of a sous chef is never simple and easy! We expect to be paid well but this company does everything but that! They make promises but never kept them!! Everything that comes out of their mouth were lies!!!
