This company is the definition of dysfunction. The managers have no idea how to run anything, but have no problem with lying to candidates on interviews to get them to join their team and then bully their employees and swear at them. They told me when I interviewed that my position was a regular 8-5 Monday through Friday job. That quickly changed when I was forced to work 10-7 about once a week and they told us they were going to implement a new shift on Saturday. The worst part is, they continued to lie to people who interviewed for the position after the 10-7 shift was implemented and the Saturday shift was brought up. The manager is also a power hungry bully who has no idea how to allocate responsibility and has sworn several times at his employees while making them look stupid for asking questions. The whole management team claims to be at the defense of their employees, but they never are. There were many times when the customer would yell and swear at us because they hate our product which they are forced to use and the management team would not come to our defense. If anything, we were told that it's our fault or "that's how they are." The entry level position at Entrega is terrible and the only light at the end of the tunnel is the hope of being moved up. The problem is, when employees are moved up, the rest of the team has way more responsibilities than they can handle added to their already busy workload. This makes the employees constantly feel like they are drowning, and if anything is brought up about this to the manager, he will just swear at them and say there is nothing he can do about it. Good management should find a way to do something or at least act like an adult. The way they treat their employees is an absolute joke and they 100% lie to prospects to get them in the door because they constantly need new employees. This is the truth about the job. It is a call center. You will have more work than you can handle forced upon without the chance to ever catch up or bring up concern to management, you will work multiple 10-7 shifts per month and the occasional Saturday shift, you will be sworn at by the customer and forced to answer stupid questions all day, sworn at, bullied, and belittled by management, and you will absolutely hate this job if you accept an offer, but they would never tell you any of that on an interview, This is honestly the worst company I have ever worked for,
