Staff lived in fear of Nigel's bad temper rearing its ugly head if they made a mistake. Nigel is hotheaded, egostistal and pychotic at times. Staff would be yelled at, belittled and potentially have furniture throw at them! The company was ruthless at clawering back money from clients, and would squeeze them dry, often promising them the impossible in exchange for nothing and a nice fat fee (which goes straight in to Nigel's pocket). Several businesses I worked with started struggling financially after paying out money to the EC and never got any new customers in return. The atmosphere was awful when Nigel was around and everyone would be tip toeing on egg shells.
