It is an extremely flexible place to work. They are will to work with you, and your schedule, to make sure you are as efficient and happy as possible. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Not many. If I had to be picky, a better on-boarding process for new employees, and a larger push to grow, but those are very minor.

The best I can say for Entropy is that they are flexible with your 40 hour week. You set your own schedule.

Bullying environment. Management is unwilling or unable to reign in the many employees who engage in coworker bullying on a daily basis. High employee turnover. Unruly code base with generally poor programming practices rampant throughout. Held together with tape and a little luck.
