Employees are great hard working people.

Svantaggi

All departments are micro-managed. Constant process changes. Awful communication between upper management and staff. Individual thought and ideas are highly discouraged by CEO. Staff is not of the highest calibre.

Due to eager salesmen, the company had a bad name. Therefore, if a client did a google search on us while calling, they would usually hang up and call us scam artists.

-Good compensation -Apple equipment and fancy business cards -Preset appointments. -The use of salesforce.com for building your pipeline. -Great technical support and onsite training

-Constantly working by yourself, no co-workers for facial interation. -Questionable sales pitch, the company is actually a front for another company. -If you live in an area where you know a lot of the people, think twice about working here. The sales pitch is a hit it and quit it and there is no relationship building after the contract is signed. -Lack of coaching and morale boosting -Most of the time, you won't be able to save merchant any money. Your day to day job would be stealing people's businesses.
