This is under Eli Research now they again come into new name, the company used to do this things after Founder went Behind the bar in US for serious corruption charges. There is no time limit management wants you to work 24X7, no ethics, no culture, very bad reputation of company. No one wants to stay in this company, every week some one leaving this company, earlier there were 3000 + employees, now there is only 300+ employees left, Company shutdown its offices from Chennai, Noida Hyderabad, because no one left in this company after new Management arrives, they lay off most of the people from Hyderabad, Chennai even US Employees. -Clients are not happy because no is there to take care of them, Company already fired them to save money and those who still there already leaving this pathetic company. - HR is useless, they specializes in doing conspiracy like how to retain employee do the promises and dont keep it after some time, they cut there bonuses, salary and other perks. -Hire and Fire company now these days no one joining this company internal referral also not working, newly hired people leaving company with in few months. - Higher management is problem they believe on earning money, they dont believe in investing money on peoples, They will fire you any time, no ones job is secured there. - OverAll Unethical company, zero ethics towards employee welfare, unprofessional Management and HR.

I left the company on right time that pros for me. Coworkers are good who helped you to survive in this company. US guys are also good, they are really helpful. Old management was good, after merger of 12 BU,s ECL built, now Entrust took this and the management from Entrust are not upto the mark.

ECL managed by Entrust and all under Global Growth who recently changed name from Eli Research to GG, Owner is in prison for 7.3 year because of corruption. Hire and Fire that the company policy, no one wants to work, now very less amount of employee working, All clients are suing this company because their applications are not performing coz old employee from US and India already fired or changed their job. Now these days old employees posting company's unethical behaviour on social media, now Entrust not settling their Full and Final and not giving salaries which they owe towards employees. New CTO is the real culprit after his arrival most of the guys left the company. CTO doesnt know what is .dll files he wants to open it in notepad and edit it. After old ECL management removed company is not performing well and now everyone leaving this company and also no new hires, also those who recently hired they also left this company after all these unethical behavior seen.
