Helped me pay the bills kinda. I wasn't payed a fair wage in comparison to the amount of work I was doing. The only pro for me personally was that Central as a software is challenging which helped me continue for about a year. Some of the other Support Reps were some of the most genuinely kind people I've met, and Enumerate truly takes advantage of raw talent. Some of these people are geniuses but are working on the support department while most of them could probably become accountants. What I find most interesting is the fact that no one can say anything or give feedback about the environment for sake of their job security. Place is 100% a toxic work environment but they pretend it's not.

Micromanaging, they make you feel guilty for taking time off and being sick, Central Supervisor is the type of person that will smile in your face but will backstab you in a heartbeat. We were down 2 people and no hiring was done. We were constantly behind on tickets and despite this, they still didn't hire anyone. Flexible time off is extremely misleading. If you're ever sick they will hold it against you even though they say it's flexible. It's not, don't believe them, they are secretly keeping a file of everytime you call out for anything even if it's 1 day. They say that they're tracking "patterns" but truthfully they are just keeping a trail. The Central Supervisor is a cold hearted, backstabbing, micromanaging, distant Weasel. She will blackmail you into thinking that everything is fine, but is secretly keeping a case on everything. These are the type of people that don't fix problems, they slap bandaids on everything and the expect you to adapt. The software is terrible at best. Constant crashes, logs you out randomly without question, but they just accept that it does that even if you're in the middle of something important. Even the clients know that the software is awful and complain all the time about it and you truly feel bad for the but literally some of the senior agents will purposely avoid, ignore you, but it's not their fault. They're overworked and struggling to stay afloat and they always pawn off questions to the same two Senior Agents. Supervisor is disorganized, randomly changing schedules, saying it's helping but doesn't know that everyone of the Customer support reps hate it, and they pretend like it's okay. My last month at this place I was so burned out that I started being late to work more regularly because of the mental exhaustion from trying to do your best, excelling, for them to only recognize the same handful of people. When they fire someone, they send out an email saying that XYZ person has been fired, effective immediately to put fear in people's mind that they better stay in line. This is by far one of the most unprofessional things I've seen so far. Fake culture, they say that they care about mental health but they don't. Sometimes you need mental health day, nah, they'll document and hold it against you. Flexible time my behind.
