We would encourage you to speak with your manager and people partner regarding your career development to see what can be done to support you further. We've got a generous learning budget that you can access and we'd definitely like to hear from you about what creative ways we can use this for. You may have also seen recently that we rolled out a new Technology Career Map, and we're working to implement similar transparency and clarity across all areas of the business. Regular salary reviews are part of this, completed in line with performance reviews and external industry benchmark work, but if you feel there is a misalignment in your team, please raise it with your manager or people partner.
