The recent strategy review was motivated by just this, providing greater clarity to all levels of the biz on future strategic direction and initiatives
Envato was founded by some of the most generous and thoughtful people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They're an organization that absolutely practices what it preaches from a corporate and social culture standpoint, and they truly do care about their employees. I've been proud to have been part of it for so many years.

It's difficult to pinpoint a true con with Envato. Outside of the typical friction that arises with any growing company that experiences focus shifts and reorgs, there's nothing specifically negative that I could speak to.
