Lots of plans for growth and change, which keeps things interesting. Great colleagues, people genuinely care about what they're achieving. Very flexible working culture. Despite growth, it still feels entrepreneurial and not overly corporate.

Decision making can sometimes take a long time, with multiple stakeholders to consult. The intention is good, everyone is trying to achieve the outcome, but it can slow the pace of execution at times.
