Very comfortable place to work and the atmosphere is very "startup" like. Everyone gets along pretty well and good cross communication between departments. The company is very open to try new things and open to hear everyone's input through large meetings. Salary/vacation/bonus options are better than most other companies which is a definite plus.

Cool Apple iMac computers. Great use of technology. Very "with the times" mission and goal.

Where to start? There are some very concerning relationships amongst middle and upper management and definitely a lack of commutation all around. If I had to sum up the president in one word? Fake. Entire office was influenced by a lot of behind the scenes BS. Again, no communication. Expectation is to thrive in the position from day 1. Too many directors / managers...and an interesting reporting structure. Work / life balance was nonexistent. I was expected to put in 12 hour days everyday. Forget about taking a day off between Oct - Jan. I have no problem with a lot of work, I have a problem with people who put up a facade and are not honest. Too many assumptions that upper / middle management know what they're doing. Backwards office.
