If you are on the brink of getting fired, they give you a number of chances to improve. - Flexible clock in time, it's GREAT for scheduling appointments - Benefits and the ability to work from essentially anywhere in the office - The people in management are marketing savvy, and know their stuff. - Great location for going out to lunches

- EXTREMELY cliquey. If you don't get along with one of the cliques immediately when you get there, it will be horrible fitting in. - Favortism. If you've been there for 2+ years then it doesn't really matter if you're snarky to fellow coworkers, it goes overlooked and dismissed as "miscommunication" - Disrespect, smack talking, and alienating among crowdfunding department. Creating certain slack channels to purposefully exclude other people. I personally was trash talked by a coworker on slack. - Everyone seemed to be on some sort of diet/workout trend all the time, which led to some of the alienation. - Definitely was underpaid for my position.
