My role was eliminated in a company restructure. Their finance management was terrible because they hired 5+ new employees in 3 months, then laid off most of their remote employees. If you get an offer there, ask them if the position is approved in the budget for the next fiscal year; then ask yourself if you want to work for a place with "Issues" in the title.
