      Small company (less than 5 people), tight budgets, no HR (slow paperwork turnaround), no outside training opportunities (on the job training only). Only apply if you have local experience because that's what this company needs.

      Great company culture and the work it was fun, especially at the work site.

      Need to be physically fit, some work sites are tough, especially when it’s raining. Fast pace work environment for ambitious professionals. Definitely not for slackers.

      A very unprofessional business. It does not respect its employees. It has a use up an throw away employee system. Pay is not great, benefits are zero.
