Environ Architecture's office is in a beautiful location of downtown Long Beach. The management are long-time residents of Long Beach, very involved and respected members of the local community, connected with many business owners and professionals, local artists and charitable efforts. Environ is dedicated to sustainable building practices. Weekly Lunch & Learn presentations help team members with their CEU credits and stay up-to-date on current trends in the A&D industry, including sustainable options. The A&D resource library is spacious and well-organized for quick reference. The company stays busy and has done many interesting projects over the years in a wide variety of industries, historical restorations among them, as well as large government projects, higher ed, TI's and other commercial or non-profit buildings. The office features a large, comfortable "living room" where events can be hosted as well as an impressive break room/kitchen and private conference room. The team has a great friendly and supportive spirit, starting with Alan, the owner, who engages with each employee personally on a regular basis. The office is generally quiet and focused. Some employees work from home part-time.
