While the organization values its people, there can be limited opportunities for upward mobility, and the path to promotion may not always be clearly defined.

Nice people and interesting work.

Leadership was a mess, routinely talked about Work Life Balance but also hammered utilization while not providing enough work for anyone to hit their hours. The pay and the stress was not worth it.
