Great office, environment, benefits, and challenges. Very passionate consulting teams at EI. There are definitely some growing pains as a new upcoming company, but the business objectives are ambitious and disruptive.

Still a growing company with many growing pains. Can definitely be considered more as a career springboard than anything. Employees are definitely given a lot more on their plate and have to work longer hours.

Over the past year, the leadership team (Eric Allen and Shane Kling) have made several improvements at Ei; from increasing employee benefits and work compensation packages to reforming the company structure, thereby making Ei a lucrative place to work at. I've personally experienced Eric and Shane go above and beyond when it comes to taking care of their employees.

You need to be a self-starter and take initiative when it comes to working at Ei. Things are not going to be handed down to you. I see this as a positive though, as it helps you grow both personally and professionally.
