Easy work environment where management recognizes and appreciates hard work.

I have nothing bad to say about this place.

Free bojangles in the mornings and free lunches on Fridays.

There’s no job security whatsoever. You have to become one of the owner’s favorites otherwise he’ll target you even if you’re a great worker. There’s a high school vibe to this job. Lots of drama and gossip every single day. The owner’s favorites get away with doing the bare minimum while he holds others to a crazy standard. Owner watches the cameras all day long (there’s a camera in every room. Except bathroom of course.) the good reviews were all done by the same person or the owner asked to leave a good review. The average would be less than 2 stars if people were honest. Horrible benefits and every person in the owners clique will know everything before you (they’ll know if you’re getting written up or fired. They will go to his office and joke and gossip about it every time.) Do yourself a favor and reconsider working here. Also be very careful if you do take the job, the upper management & coworkers that act like your friends.. will gossip behind your back
