A) In my time here, this job continually fails to value the sheer care & effort every employee puts into this lab, which is why both employee retention and general morale is low. People come and go often, in the lab, the field, and administrative departments. B) There's room to grow in many, many skills and meet amazing people, but....EMT puts a lot of weight on those people's shoulders.
