Management and Team Leads are very friendly and eager to teach new employees. Management really appreciates the work put in by the employees. The work can feel overwhelming at times since it always feels like we are running lean, but there are real results and tangible outcomes from the work my office/team do. Get to work with intelligent scientists and engineers across multiple disciplines. The standard; pay, benefits, leave, work/life balance, etc.

Sometimes those real results and tangible outcomes take years to achieve. In prior administrations it felt like industry had the final say on the decisions being made with the science, though that seems to be changing.
