If you're an advisor and just starting out, going the bank advisor route to start off can be good. Benefits package was good and lots of opportunities for time off.

Once you get experienced though, leave. They won't pay you what you're worth yet will demand high sales targets with terrible products. They claim they want to help members, but management will get mad at you when you don't sell enough, even though sometimes when providing good advice, nothing needs to be sold. Management for my area was terrible and inexperienced. Corporate culture was toxic and fake too.

Great starting out point to learn the ropes, stable and they are very into work life balance.

If you are experienced, this it not the place for you. You will be bored out of your mind, but it is easy and slow paced.
