Racial bias, non diverse at all, if you are not Asian you will be treated differently (excluded). Top leaders have no interpersonal skills, old school whip style type of leadership. Working from home for this company means triple work load. It’s never enough and they will push you out once they have replaced you with their friends. People quit all the time on the spot. Horrible management. No growth opportunities. Not even close to what a Bay Area company culture should be. Currently looking for another job to get out of this sweatshop.
