Great group of employees and casual work environment. Departments work well with each other-very friendly and eclectic group. Upper management is approachable.
Svantaggi
No room for advancement and people go YEARS without pay raises. Plans are wonderfully conceived, but sometimes poorly executed. (This is being addressed) Turn over is on the rise and this is disconcerting.
