HRs are really good at communicating with employees.

Management level is good at managing.

The schedule is mostly consistent and nice. Holidays off. Every other Friday off. Some fun company events that are either optional or take place during the work day so you don’t have to do work related things outside of the usual hours.

Starting pay was fine but there hasn’t been a cost of living increase so it’s no longer enough with inflation, and yearly raises are pretty pathetic. Last-minute mandated overtime on off Fridays when everyone schedules their doctors appointments and they give you less than 48 hours notice so there’s no time to reschedule things or cancel without a fee. The communication is ABYSMAL. Nobody talks to each other within this company and lower positions are constantly yanked back and forth by contradicting instructions from different superiors. When people do talk to each other they communicate like hangry toddlers. Some managers are outright abusive. Company inventory software is riddled with bugs and glitches and the warehouse is constantly out of materials. Abundance of racist old white guys working there, also.
