If you're easily overwhelmed with a lot of work, you will probably feel stressed out often at this job but this really depends on how your personality works. You can always do more work with this job but at some point you have to learn to manage your time and just leave some stuff behind for later. The only other con is that the Epic culture is constantly pushed on you whether you like it or not. If you buy into it, you'll probably love that but if you're indifferent to it like I was, it can get pretty annoying.
