It's a great place to start working right out of college because many of your co-workers will be around your age and since so many people are being hired you'll have a whole group of people in your same situation.

You will be expected to work long hours. A 40 hour work week is almost unheard of at Epic. If you want to advance in the company you will be working 55+ hour weeks. The CEO said she didn't like the term work/life balance and preferred thinking of it as work/life integration. If that's not a warning sign I don't know what is.
