Vantaggi

Smart colleagues, good pay for a starting position, good training. If you are right out of college this is a great place to work for a few years to gain experience.

Svantaggi

Expectations for work hours are very high. You are rewarded for hours worked more so then for quality of performance. Managers have no management experience. New employees with experience will not be utilized effectively.

Vantaggi

Impact: You are part of creating systemic level change for healthcare organizations. You get to be on site and work directly with providers and see how these changes impact their communities. People: Extremely smart and capable. I feel like I can rely on my team in a way I haven't at previous employers. New hires are entry level, so there's a strong community for people in a similar stage of life. Culture: Quirky but in a real, unique way. People are collaborative and celebrate shared accomplishments. The campus enshrines a very specific (and fun!) vibe. Location: Madison is awesome. Benefits: The health insurance is unparalleled. Sabbatical is a super cool perk too. Growth: A lot of autonomy and responsibility allows people to rise to the challenge. Stability: Solid industry, no lay-offs.

Svantaggi

Remote work flexibility: 5 days a year
