EXTREMELY understaffed. They do not train new employees well. They just throw you in and tell you not to tell clients that you started worrying 2 weeks ago. You will be on multiple projects, untrained, and always behind. You will work 70 hours a week consistently! Even up to 80 or 90 for go live. If they hire you as an ambulatory IS, good luck Charlie! Everyone I know cried in their office during the first 6 months due to being overwhelmed.
